We make our own pasta with eggs and flour, freshly made daily following the traditional methods, on antique wooden boards in our kitchen with the same input of passion employed by our Grandmothers.
Stuffed pasta, tagliatelle and pappardelle served with our fresh sauces, devised to enhance the flavors of the local Tuscan produce.
Grilled meats: the meat that we use is selected every day from our trustworthy local butcher. The flavor of the wood, the precision of the cooking time and the option to accentuate the flavor with a cheese or perhaps some fresh vegetables, ensure that our meat dishes are a culinary delight.
Our side plates, like our appetizers, give a taste of traditional local produce.
And last, but not at all least, we make our own deserts. Delicious deserts to round off your meal and send you home with a sweet memory of your evening with us, in our warm and charming restaurant.
